Victims’ Services Department:

We understand that with the state mandated social distancing protocols in place, it puts an additional strain on an already limited support system for most victims with active cases.

We want you to know that despite all of the uncertainties, our Victims’ Services Department is still available and committed to the same level of support as before.

Our team members are working to contact all victims with scheduled court appearances in Lafourche for a simple check-in conversation and provide updates on court proceedings. We are also exploring a digital face-to-face option for victims to meet with our licensed clinical social worker; we hope a familiar face will help with stress management and keep you encouraged to continue moving forward.

If you have any questions, please contact us at 985-447-2003, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
